This necklace is perfect - I bought one in Israel 5+ years ago and it broke, so I went on Etsy to find the same one and it’s literally this necklace. It made me SO happy that I bought a second one. And it came quicker than I thought! She even put a cute note and ribbon for the holidays. I want to buy her entire inventory 😂 anyways - great experience all around, highly recommend 🙏🏽🙏🏽

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped via registered mail, unless you upgrade the shipping method.
Registered mail may take 2-3 weeks (To Australia and Canada - 3-5 weeks)
Eco Post usually takes 7-10 days (To Australia and Canada - 10-14 days)
EMS (Express Mail Service) usually takes 3-5 days (To Australia and Canada - 3-7 days)

Why can't I see the tracking information on Etsy?
The Etsy tracking information doesn't always provide the location of your order accurately. It depends on its ability to synchronize with the different postal services information.
All the orders are shipped by the Israeli Post company, which is very reliable.
Once the order arrives to the destination country, it is handled by your local postal company (USPS for the USA etc).
If you experience a major delay in receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. :-)

Care instructions
The materials I use in my jewelry are high quality - sterling silver, gold filled, gold plated.
However, since most of my jewelry are designed with gemstones, it is important to know that gemstones in general can lose their brightness and shine while coming in contact with water frequently.
Taking the jewelry off before getting into a pool or the sea will help you enjoy them for a longer period of time.
